PARKING
There is ample FREE parking for you and your guest!
Our capacity is up to 110. please keep in mind this includes all guests and vendors.
That being said, we have seen creative layouts for intimate events ranging from 30-75 guests and for up to 110.
Yes! we have units that are sized for our space.
Setup time begins at the start of your contracted rental time. Typical day long rentals are for 7 hours. Many clients use 1-2 hours for setup leaving 4 hours for the event, and 1 hour for the complimentary cleanup time. If more time is needed you may request additional time at least 30 days in advance to see is if it can accommodated. Please note any additional time is $125 per hour.
We do not provide catering. You are more than welcome to provide your own food. If you will have your event catered and have staff on site for your event we will need proof of insurance at least 21 days prior to your event date.
Alcohol
Alcohol service must be provided by our in-house bartender. As required by Massachusetts law maximum service time is five hour, and service must conclude 30 minutes before the scheduled event end time.
Yes. We provide 5ft round tables and clear Chiavari chairs at no extra cost to our clients.
Howevrer if clients choose not to use these chairs and tables there will be a removal fee applied.
Yes! You can go crazy with decorating or you can leave the space just the way it is. Feel free ask us about our decor packages.
There are only a few rules:
-Nothing may be affixed to the walls, floors, ceiling, or other structures.
-No rice or confetti or granular sized objects may be thrown in the building.
-No confetti balloons, gender reveal powders, sparkles inside or in front of the building.
Keep in mind that the client (or hired vendors) will be responsible for setting up, tearing down, and removing all decoration at the end of the rental period.
Yes. Music must be turned off at beginning of your cleanup hour. For example if you event time is from 6pm-12am the music will need to be off from 12am-1am while cleanup is taking place.
Per the city of Brockton there is no smoking or vaping anywhere on our property. Guests who want to smoke will be directed to the parking lot by their vehicle.
As a general rule, all items must be brought in and removed during the rental window, unless you have rented the space for extra hours or days.
We know that is a important decision for you. You are likely trying to compare multiple dates and venues. As much as we would love for you to host your event with us we cannot hold a date without a retainer. The only way to reserve your date is to sign the contract and pay the retainer fee.
We have a kitchenette that is available for our clients to use. The kitchenette does not have a stove but it does have a microwave, and refrigerator to store food, cake etc. We also have two buffet stations available for our guests. Guests will need to provide sternos for the buffet stations .
We have open house multiple times every week but guests are required to schedule an appointment. Please feel free to book an appointment right here on our website or give us a call to assist you. If you do not see a time slot that works for you please note that we open new time slots every Sunday. Please feel free to check back in.
